I spent about two hours last night walking. Only about forty five minutes and I walked about 2.10 miles. I am doing this to lose some weight. I am about 40 pounds from where I want to be.
I am doing this to just be more healthy. I smoke as well, my only vice, and a hard one to put down. Those of you that smoke or have smoked know how hard it is to let go.
So I have drastically changed my diet, and started exercising. Let's see where this goes.

I am finding that I really like walking at the church track at night. I take the iPod and listen to music while I walk. Last night I listened to a whole album from Abney Park, a group I recently discovered. They are a steampunk styled band and there music is pretty good. I don't know really how to classify the music, it just works for me. Give them a try if you like. They kinda remind me of Sisters of Mercy, not exactly, but in that vein.
